I think what stands out most from your comments is that you're rather young and naive about how the street works. You've read a lot of books, but haven't actually made any money trading. You should archive your comments, they'll give you a great laugh in ten years time if you actually ever trade real money. No, you couldn't because even though methods exist, the exact strategies (timeframes, entries, exits) are different for all traders. It sounds like you are just parroting what you heard someone else say and have not actually tried trading yourself. Your precious pearls of wisdom are neither original or insightful. Neural network trading systems have no input for fundamentals and yet they are very profitable. Do you know why? Price action, pattern recognition, and their ability to learn.

The market is a highly complex adaptive system... it is not purely random. There is a divergence from the efficient market hypothesis for complex factors. Non-fundamental issues in prices are not complex... therefore they hold under market efficiency. TA traders are merely noise or they accelerate bouts of irrationality.
